- Which documents are required as proof of Identity?
Customers shall provide one of the following as proof of identity.
- Passport,
- Driving license,
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card,
- Voter's Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India,
- Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government,
- Letter issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India containing details of name, address and Aadhaar number.
- Which documents are required as proof of Address?
If the address provided by the customer is the same as mentioned in ID proof, no other document is to be provided as proof of address.
It is required to produce only one document showing permanent address. Current address can be self-certified by the account owner.
