Cent Estate Purchase Scheme

Purpose * To provide loan for purchase of estates growing traditional plantation crops.
Eligibility * The purchaser should have yielding estates and should also be in a position to rejuvenate the Estate proposed to be purchased.
Nature of facility * Term Loan repayable within 7 to 9 years.
Quantum of Loan * Upto Rs.2.00 crores. Loans of more than Rs.2.00 crores can also be considered on merit.
Margin * 50% on purchase consideration or market value whichever is higher.
Security * Primary :
- Charge on property to be purchased.
- Hypothecation of Plantation crops raised on the land/estate.
Collateral :
- Charge on other landed/residential property.
(In any case total Value of Security should not be less than 200% of Loan amount)

Above Rs 3.00 lakh to Rs 10.00 lacs
Above Rs 10.00 lakhs upto Rs 100.00lacs
Above Rs 100.00 Lakhs
MCLR + 1.35%
MCLR + 2.50%

As per rating of borrower
Processing Charges * Upto 25,000/- NIL
Rs 25000/- to Rs 500.00Lakh- @ Rs 120/- per lac or part thereof, Maximum Rs 50,000/-.
Documentation Charges * Upto Rs 2.00Lakh- NIL
>Rs 2 Lakh to Rs 25.00Lakh- Rs 50/- per Lakh or part thereof Max Rs 1000/-
>Rs 25 Lakh to Rs 50Lakh-Rs 75/- per Lakh or part thereof Max Rs 3000/-
>Rs 50 Lakh to Rs 1 Crores- Rs.100/- per lakh or part thereof Max Rs.7500/-
*Above 1 Crore Rs 100/- per lakh or part thereof Max Rs.15000/-
Repayment Period * Within 7 to 9 years.
